I've seen several in Hayes Valley lately. So far I've resisted the urge to spit on them. But maybe they're parked because nobody can afford to drive them?
I saw once that someone was selling "Ask Me What I'm Doing For The Environment" bumper stickers that you could stick on other peoples' SUV's. heh.
