Does this speak to a possible future focus on copyright (or copyleft, as the case may be) and internet and intellectual property law?
Josh is a big fan of the Lessig too. Did you ever see that weirdo West Wing episode where Christopher Lloyd played a version of Mr. Lessig? So strange, yet so thrilling - like being in on an inside joke, or a secret handshake.

I'm definitely considering working in copyright or internet law... it seems fun and who knows what kind of changes are around the corner?
Lessig is one of my heroes. He is awesome. I didn't see that episode of West Wing but it's a funny choice to cast Christopher Lloyd - "Doc" from "Back to the Future"! - I think Lessig is more subdued than that but maybe not... maybe he's a crazy genius too.
And yeah, it's so ridiculous that I'm "friends" with him on Facebook - but fun nonetheless. Yay tubular interwebs!!
