Regulation by the Under-regulated

One of my law school classes this semester (and the class for which I have my first final) deals (in part) with federal regulation agencies (like the EPA, FDA, etc.) and how they fit into our legal system.

It's especially interesting to study this these days, when (as Jon Stewart points out in the second video clip below) "regulatory agencies are managed by the very people they are meant to regulate."

Part One:

"...if the plane blows up on its own, it's just the market self-regulating."



Part Two:

"They're trying to kill us."
