Obama places a 120-day halt on military proceedings at Guantanamo to assess what to do with the remaining detainees - one step closer to shutting that whole clusterf*ck down.
Obama suspends all pending regulations Bush enacted at the last minute so that the new administration can review their legality. This is huge - and part of Obama's plan to review all of the regulations over the last 8 years with an eye toward repealing those fueled by religious ideology.
